India is one of the most populated and developing countries in the world. The state of the country has even been worsened by the failure of employers to consider employees' rights. In the video “Ugly faces of Economic Development in India Part 1 of 2", retrieved from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbd1gF3Z5Fo&feature=emb_title , the speaker narrates about the poor conditions of the mining sites that expose people to different dangers. The video also shows how kids are struggling in the mines with terrific fires due to oxidation.

In the video "Ugly faces of Economic Development in India Part 2 of 2", retrieved from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qxfrw2icU_s&feature=emb_title , the speaker explains how Indians struggles to make ends meet in the mining sites. On asked about seeking jobs elsewhere, the victims indicate that the opportunities in the job industry are limited to accommodate all of them.

In the video "The Hidden Face of Globalization," retrieved from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Bhodyt4fmU&feature=emb_title , the speaker reveals how employees suffer in the hands of rogue employers. The workers are subjected to long working hours in the cold to meet the demands of wealthy nations, depending on the products. The workers have been deprived of their fundamental rights to satisfy the increasing rate of globalization.

This time, in Bangladesh, women are the ones who have been massively employed in factories. Besides working for more hours than recommended, women are separated from their families, especially the ones with children.

The video "Hidden face of Globalization Part III," retrieved from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dx8VPjRKOkY&feature=emb_title, reveals yet other forms of mistreatment that go on in various industries in Bangladesh. Employees are subjected to long working hours, and the few hours to sleep they spend on the cold floors. In some instances, the employees are beaten, and when given leave, one day is off is the norm.

In the last video titled “Hidden face of Globalization Final” retrieved from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wqBRWa0fno&feature=emb_title , exposes some of the factories that have been exploiting from its employees. Despite adhering to other business treaties with their partners, the factories have failed to comply with the basic rights of its employees. Thus, they resort to making sure that the plights of its employees are not heard despite making huge profits. Some of the employees die in the line of duty because of poor ventilation, closed doors, and overcrowding in the factories.
