The parties to be involved in the process include the nurses, doctors, lecturers, board members, all level managers, and support staff leaders. The parties will be involved in various roles, including problem seeking as well as problem-solving. The parties will harmonize the various issues raised during the problem seeking step. Collaborative efforts will then be used to come with problem solutions. The timeline for the planning process will be dependent on various factors such as the schedule of the stakeholders, but all in all, one week will be enough for the planning process. Some of the resources the team has include finances, research information, staff, and technology. One of the assumptions to be made is that the problems identified during problem seeking step will all be harmonized and if not, the common issues in most of the departments will be replicated for the other departments. The mandates, on the other hand, will be aligning the usual way of thinking with the organization’s norms, rules, vision, and mission. The organization's decision makers will include the firm's leadership and executive staff.
