Encouraging cultural diversity training in an organization ensures that the employees are retained. The notable change in the healthcare setting is the incorporation of enhanced technology. Regulations and Policies in a Nursing Career
While on duty, nurses should hide their tattoos. Hence, the employers adhering to a strict dressing code will be able to discourage the employees with a large number of tattoos on their bodies. It will be challenging to find a nursing job, especially when the tattoos are offensive in the profession. As per the workplace regulations, the employer may be in a position to develop their dressing code provided that the dressing code does not discriminate against other employees ( Troth et al., 2017 ).
