Plato considers learning as a road map to attain justice, both social and personal justice. According to Plato, people can achieve personal justice when they develop their abilities fully (Rosen, 2005) . In this reasoning, justice is considered superiority and knowledge, which is required for one to be just. Plato concludes, from this point of view, that virtue can be achieved through three development of knowledge, including knowledge of one's job, self-knowledge and the knowledge of the idea of the good. Thus, citizens of the society should be of high quality.
Consequently, according to Plato, social justice is achievable when all people in the ideal city, workers, warriors, and rulers, stay in harmony with each other. Plato deliberates that individuals in a society can only exist in a harmonious relationship when society provides them with the same learning opportunities from childhood to compete fairly (Rosen, 2005) . If there is an unequal educational opportunity, an unjust society emerges because individuals who are not qualified operate the political system.

To create a successful social enterprise, one requires uncovering and evaluating his or her strength. Marquis Cabrera views social enterprise as nonprofits or for-profits businesses that utilize the methodologies and subjects of businesses to develop their environmental, social, and human justice agendas (Cabrera, 2014) . Therefore, if there is an environmental, social, or justice issue, before setting up a social enterprise, it is essential to conduct a swot analysis to establish a competitive advantage. One also needs to be aware of the resulting issue and how he/she is going to fix it. And lastly, a credible social capital is also mandatory.
In summary, the ancient teachings offered by Plato and the present advice by Marquis Cabrera relate to each other. Plato deliberates that for justice to be present in a society, the society should provide equal educational opportunities for all classes of people. Likewise, Marquis ascertains that for one to create a successful social enterprise, one need to conduct a swot analysis to develop a competitive environment. In other words, before solving an environmental or social or justice issue, one needs to evaluate his or her strength, which also applies in the society.
