Strong leadership requires a person to take responsibility for any actions that may result in future goals or achievements. A strong leader can be identified through different characters such as integrity, honesty, and humility. Strong leadership requires an individual who is focused and has skills that can help improve organizational performance. 

Through experience, individuals can end up being strong leaders in big organizations or companies. Strong leaders are known not to criticize or reprimand people when they do something wrong. Instead, they correct people in a good manner and emphasize on the mistaken done to offer opportunities for improvement (Van Mart, 2017). Strong leaders are also considered to offer genuine praises and appreciation for a job well done. In other words, they give an honest opinion that helps motivate employees in the workplace.

Most strong leaders always end up acting as mentors to individuals since they use their skills to coach and train them. As mentors, they are always ready to serve others by helping them to learn new things. Through their experience, they get to direct other individuals by guiding and advising them on what is to be done in particular areas. They are always ready to offer assistance to any issues faced by organizations. Additionally, strong leaders are known to be good decision makers since they help solve organizational problems. 

Besides mentorship, strong leaders have good coaching skills. They are considered to be good observers and end up utilizing people’s talents and capabilities. They are always the first to congratulate employees who have the potential of improving and doing well. Strong leaders use their coaching abilities to motivate and inspire individuals. In this case, they tend to emphasize their coaching abilities to people who showcase abilities for improvement. Coaching is an important feature that helps build effective leadership in organizations.
