The course on sustainable logistics was very insightful. More information was gained that would help the learner to be a professional in the field of logistics. The most compelling topics were supply chain management: an overview, third-party logistics, supplier and distributor relationship, and providing a framework. In the business world, firms need to understand the essence of maintaining a balance between demand and supply. The contents of this course helped in providing such insights.
Discussions play a significant role in students’ life. Participating in class discussion was helpful in many ways. First, it helped the learner (me) to explore various perspectives. Second, it made the student be a respectful and attentive listener. Overall, it increased the learner's intellectual agility as well as becoming connected with the topics that were discussed in this course.

The lesson was taught in a student friendly manner. Besides, the learning materials that were availed to the students were very informative. All these factors combined created a favorable environment for learning. As such, the learner grasped most of the concepts that the instructor taught. It should be noted that those concepts that appeared to be quite involving were simplified through discussions.
As aforementioned, the mode of study was student friendly. In that respect, little hurdles were encountered during learning. Nevertheless, some few adjustments ought to be done to improve the learning outcomes. First, the instructors need to ensure that students participate actively in the learning process (Dunlosky, 2015). Second, students should be given more assignments to ascertain the amount of knowledge they have gained. Lastly, the instructor should communicate regularly with the learners so as to understand their areas of weakness and target them for improvement. In so doing, a favorable learning environment would be that subsequently enhance learning outcomes.
