Quiz 1-Answer to Original Question
Leadership includes the practice of inspiring, encouraging and leading people to work together to accomplish the objectives of a team or of a larger organization. It is necessary for students to learn the art of building relationships with the teams and to effectively evaluate identity and task attainment during their education. It also offers the chance to recognize and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. Now students always elect their leaders after each and every academic year. Candidates campaign and they all go into a contest. Before the election is done they all want to be gauged and know their chances of winning. Using the confidence interval technique, it is applied to find the statistics or percentage of popularity of each candidate.
The technique is however not that efficient and may include some flaws in the results. To curb these weaknesses will look into increasing the sample size since the bigger the survey, the safer it will be that the answers represent genuinely the population (Hadd, 2019). This shows the larger your sample size, the smaller your interval of trust is at a given degree of trust.

Response to Anthony's Answer
Hello Anthony, thanks for the scholarly post. It is beautiful to note that confidence intervals helped enhance the efficiency of your production of glass tubes. The success of the technique was amazing, but it is important to note that it is a mistake to deal with only confidence intervals assuming that they are the only cause of the error. There are several places where errors can creep into a statistical study even though there is a margin of error associated with a trust interval. A few examples of such errors may be due to the wrong design, sampling discrepancies, or the failure to collect data from some subset of the population. Otherwise, the consistency of the success of your technique is worth applauding. Great post!
Quiz 2-Answer to Original Question
The organization under consideration is Cleo Shoes. It is a manufacturing company that does the production of leather shoes. The organization was gauging the production of pure leather shoes and polyurethane leather shoes. The test was to determine which of the two materials when used is economical and customer friendly.it was a good hypothesis, however it was marred with some inconsistencies. when analyzing the composition of flaws produced from the two production methods, differences found between the two test components can be a sample fault rather than a real difference (Keysers et al., 2020). If there is no difference in population, one will not get the benefits based on the sample statistics predicted. This may be an expensive error.
Response to Anthony’s 2 nd Answer
Hello Anthony, your selection of company for hypothesis testing is spot on. Indeed, Unicykel’s hypothesis testing out of Switzerland was flawed, because the selected population sample size was too small for a country’s representation. The researchers failed on this critical aspect, leading to the failure to successfully launch e-bikes in the anticipated region; a proposal that would have otherwise thrived with a clear understanding of the population preferences through a large sample size. Thanks for the insight.
