During the analysis of the chosen sources on my final presentation topic, I have drawn a list of conclusions about the introduction of electronic medical documentation systems in both outpatient and inpatient settings. First of all, electronic medical documentation allows finding the existing information and adding new data about all cases of patient care quickly, as well as forming medical documents automatically (Nurul'Ain, Noraziani & Eslami, 2013). Indeed, in the conditions of quick development of modern society, paper documentation in medical institutions is outdated, because it takes much time, a lot of space, and it is also a place of storage of dirt and dust, which is contraindicated in medical centers, clinics and hospitals. As a result, the study of the topic of introducing electronic medical records is an extremely relevant and important topic in modern medicine.
The electronic recordkeeping system is a breakthrough in improving patient care. However, at the moment, doctors do not fully use the capabilities of these electronic systems, which significantly reduce the benefits they can bring to medical institutions (Davis & Khansa, 2016). The study of sources has also shown that such electronic documentation storage systems improve the efficiency, and speed of the work of specialists in medical institutions. Thus, electronic storage systems affect teamwork and minimize the human factor in the medical field (Jamshed, Ozair, Sharma & Aggarwal, 2015).

Practice changes are highly recommended to my current practice since my skills of finding necessary credible sources are quite weak. The possibility to search for the necessary information for research quickly and accurately is essential for all scientists, and especially beginners. As a result, this work shows that my practical skills require improvement. Within the framework of the functioning of electronic records management systems, I have concluded that this topic needs additional information retrieval since it is extensive and affects many aspects of the operation of medical institutions.
