Starbucks Campaign
In the Starbucks campaign, I would use my creativity to develop new strategies to attract new customers. For instance, providing every customer with a taster upon arriving at the shop to allow them to make the right decisions on the coffee to buy. Besides, I would use my extrovert trait to interact with customers to develop rapport and trust, hence making them free to taste the coffee. Being friendly is essential, especially when convincing customers to buy a product. I will ensure that I maintain my professionalism by being need and in an appealing work uniform. According to Zhou et al. (2019), maintaining respect for all customers is crucial for them to feel values and essential.
To extend the customer target, I will also use social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter, to market the product online. Online advertising will ensure that I reach a wide range of customers that cannot be reached physically. The “buy one get one free” campaign can motivate more customers to buy the coffee.
