Following the memo that I circulated earlier concerning the forthcoming outreach festival and annual outreach program, I wish to inform you of a committee meeting slated for August 25th, 2018 at 2 pm to organize and plan for the two events.
But more importantly, the meeting will focus on strategizing on the community outreach festival because it is the proceeds from this event that will contribute heavily to the success of the outreach program later on in September. As we all know, the festival will include various events that will be geared towards fund collection such as celebrity concerts, and the selling of our merchandise at a promotion fee. The agenda of this meeting, therefore, will be to strategize on the products to showcase at the festival and to decide on their pricing. The other agenda will be deciding on the celebrities, both local and national, to partner with for this event. And since the list of activities has not yet been finalized, the last agenda will be discussing the activities relevant to the festival.
