The argument that best accounts for God's existence are the cosmological argument which claims that God's existence can only be concluded from the facts about causation, explanation, and motion of creatures in the universe. The argument uses natural theology to prove that God exists. It argues that the order of the things in the universe can only demonstrate God's existence as they could not have come from anything else apart from him. This argument's logic is that everything that exists is because a supreme being created them or brought them to exist in their order and the way they exist. It argues that everything in the world has a cause as nothing can cause itself, which accounts for God's existence.

Using the cosmological argument is the best way to account for God's existence. The living creatures and nature and all the beautiful things in the universe demonstrate a design, meaning there must have been a designer behind the creation, and he must have been God. God must be the cause of everything with a beginning, and this argument brings out how everything exists in the universe as it could not have come from anything (Leftow, 2017). This argument accounts for God's existence by explaining that nothing can move by itself as there must be a mover who is God. It also accounts for God's existence as it terms God as the necessary being for everything in the world, being contingent as things exist now because they depend on God.

Using the cosmological argument, one can easily account for God's existence by believing that the different events, motion, and existence of creatures in the universe is because of him. It is clear that they did not just land into the world, but God made them be in existence. This is the best way to account for God's existence.
