Being a student at Trident University is among the best experiences I have had in my lifetime. Every moment that I recollect at Trident is like a learning and life-changing experience. What I relish the most in the university ground is that everyone is smart and intelligent. Everyone, ranging from the students, the professors, and even the supporting staff in the institution have a great sense of focus in not only their positions at the institution, but also in their personal lives. This experience really inspires me, because the institution leaves no room for anyone to fall out of their goals and values by actively reinforcing their ambitions in many different ways.
In my view, the five years I have spent at Trident has been of great pleasure. Being a part of Trident placed is like being in a family of intelligent people, and one among an aerie of eagles. I came to this disposition mainly through the course that I enrolled, the essays I have written, the projects I have contributed to, and the staff I have encountered. The institutional environment set the ground for me to evaluate myself thoroughly, to revisit my personal values, and refresh my perception about the world. The institution is rich in resources that fuel my desires to become a better human resource candidate and an outstanding person with valuable qualities.

My education experience at Trident opened my eyes to see a bigger picture of my overall goals. I enrolled in several courses such as Human Relations in Leadership, Introduction to Ethics, Stress and the Human Body, Introduction to Online Education and Learning Technology and several other English and Leadership courses that amplified my vision both as a student and as an aspiring human resource professional. I must admit that these courses allowed me to form better interpersonal relations with fellow students, institutional staff, and colleagues in my place of work. I am aware of the essence of honesty, integrity, diligence, and professionalism in my assigned role at work.
I am currently working as a full-time Human Resources Sergeant in the Army and, thanks to my learning experience at Trident that greatly boosted my professional competence; I am in charge of more than 1800 people. I am directly responsible for the health and welfare of five junior Soldiers. Being a part of the army requires a great amount of discipline, responsibility and an enhanced ability to relate with people. So far, it is my testimony that Trident fulfils this significant niche for qualities embraced in the military. In my view, Trident molded my personality to be the best fit for a position in the military as a human resource sergeant.
My greatest regard for my ability to keep my head up and persist in class attendance goes to Maria, my counselor. She actively encouraged me to stay focused in school and keep things together in my personal life. I am highly grateful for her presence, because she greatly contributed to my weaving into the institution’s culture. My college journey is largely influenced by my counselor, and I can attest that she hammered in most of the ideas and values that I hold concerning my education and life goals. These are my recollections of the invaluable experience I acquired from Trident, and I will forever encourage many students who feel like they need a third-party presence that shows great concern for their wellbeing and security for their future to be a part of this university. Not only does Trident guarantee a rich academic experience, but an appreciation to diversity in terms of ideologies and cultural backgrounds.
