This book’s publisher is the University of New Mexico; the two authors are from Mexico. They give first-hand information on the relations between the two countries. The volume examines the security problems in Latin America and the United States; it also broadly investigates the blow of global transformation affecting the western hemisphere. There are also conflicting economic, opinionated and systematic perspective and pressure in the emerging global system. In the past the United States has always dominated Latin America, however recently the country decided to expand their horizons into other nations like China and India. These mergers have been successful, and Latin America is enjoying better services than from America. Latin America's economy is growing very fast especially since after the partnership; therefore Latin America is the highest growing partner currently. The Stanford University Press publishes this book in California. It is a first edition written by three renowned writers. This book talks about how Latin America has made significant progress in upholding democracy, new economic opportunities, plus their populations has shifted a lot. However, even with the growth and development Latin America still faces some challenges like inequality in society, poverty, and safety of the public. These problems have hindered developments; Cotler suggested that to deal with the menace some new policies and strategies must be discussed and put in place, to ensure these challenges end. The two countries need to come up with measures to develop healthier lasting relations; that encourage each countries projects and objectives to grow and to forge a new and stronger relationship.

This book talks about how the United States related to Latin America. This version is a third edition of the book, published by Praeger Publishers. Kryzanek is an expert on public relations; he picks information from the other versions to come up with a detailed book on the ties between nations of US and the Latin America. It focuses on the significance of strategic and economic relations. These connections create new tests, chances, and tensions. In the past, hemispheric relations form a basis on the subjects of commerce, development of investments and resources. Latin America has changed because of the rules and expectations of the globalized economy. The book also focuses on the many areas of public guidelines that are crucial elements to the general interests of the USA and Latin America. The book was written and published in 1994 by transaction publishers; it is the second edition. It consists of information combined by three very prolific and bright authors. It examines the security issues in both Latin America and America and how the mess can be solved. It examines the internal hemisphere, causing disparities in economic, political strategic influences in the cropping up world system. Latin America is alleged dealing with drug smuggling gang violence and other security issues. The Latin’s are allegedly the number one drug smugglers to the United States this has also led to increasing in gang-related crimes. The book also focused on the issues at hand and how the relationship between these two countries will help deal with the security menaces. The source will be very useful because among the issues affecting the relationship between these two nations are based on safety.

This book has featured several posts and corrections and American Latin relationship, this is a second edition of the book, it provides extensive hypothetical and chronological examination to investigate the multifaceted vibrant among the United settles and the other countries that make up Latin America. The authors collected information from other sources to come up with the information regarding the two nations. The relationship has been with challenges for a while because the United States wanted to be dominant over Latin America. On the other hand, Latin America wanted a partner they work with through the challenges and success; this is the reason why they went to look for other partners from outside that will share the resources mutually. This source was very useful in helping to write the test and get an idea of how the relationship between these two countries has been like and is anticipated to be in the future. The author’s brief account and an assortment of primary source papers present a perfect opening to the United States-Latin America associations for scholars and everyone with a curiosity in appreciating the vibrant history on the challenges and achievements of the interaction among these two countries.
