In Canada, political parties differ in regards to their ideologies as well as their leaders. The difference in ideologies results to different appeals to voters. When voters feel that the party represents their appeals, they end up voting to such parties. At the same time, if such parties are convinced that the individuals leading such organizations are the right candidates, they also end up voting for such organizations. The focus o this study is based on the comparison as well as assessment of the similarities among the Sask Party, Green Party, and Liberals

Canada is one of the highly politically diverse countries in the modern world. The country has adopted multi party democracy resulting to a scenario where many political parties have been adopted. This includes parties such as the Sask Party, Green Party, and Liberals. In Canada political system, the political parties have high level of power as well as influence in governance.

Discussion 

Canada is a democratic country. This is unlike in dictatorial countries where one person is taken as the boss with other being subordinate to his or her. This indicates that the party is led by de facto leader who may not be easily challenged by other members. This is not good for the party since such leaders, though good may eventually result to dictatorship. This would significantly erode the gain made by the country and its friends in the political, social and economic arena. This would end up reducing the attractiveness of the organization in the long run. Nevertheless, the differences in the ideology as application of such ideals in the Canadian voting arena are high in the stock market. There is nevertheless a need to assess the similarities as well as differences associated with the political parties. 

Similarities 

In Canada, the political parties are organized in the same manner. They are hierarchically structured increasing the level of command of control in such parties. In such parties, leaders are expected to formulate the part y policies while at the same time ensuring that followers follow such desired course of action. One of the federal parties in Canada is the liberal party. The party has been ruling the country between 1992 and 2006 and forms the country’s largest opposition. There are characteristics are as summarized below 

Both organizations are political parties 

The three political parties focus on winning voters support to take over leadership of the country 

They have multiple platforms from where they can raise sufficient fund to finance their operations 

As indicated above, the political parties have significant similarities especially in the manner in which they affect individuals within the industry. The above similarities make the operations of the three companies very similar. None of them seems to be committed to the task of leading from the front. This could easily used by rival firms as customers may become in indifferent curve. The need for the organization to ensure that it has fully differentiated its political party is high. This will help in boosting the appeal o the organization to the public. 

They hold regular elections 

Differences 

There are characteristics that are associated with the liberal party. There are a number of factors that significantly influences the e organization. Such similarities are dependent on the type of organization structure you would like to perform. The number of people within such parties equally significantly influences its size as well as governance structures. Such parties are also dependent on the policy making framework within the party. This implies that it is difficult for non members to pretend to be a member since each of the individuals involved in the party have worked with the party. This include the following 

The party tends to be fiscally conservative but socially progressive 

The party significantly opposes gay marriages as well as abortion 

It assumes the role of the custodian of the state thus pushing right wingers of who want to push policies such as the universal health care of. 

The party is anchored on the beliefs that the country’s institutions are working as expected. Consequently, they should not be tampered with by the other parties 

The party can be regarded as a progressive conservative party within the country 

The Green party has polices as well as ideologies that significantly as compared to the liberal party. These unique characteristics are as summarized below 

The organization’s ideology is focusing on sustainable energy 

The organization equally strives for a fairer fiscal policy. Unlike the liberal party, the party is thus not convinced that all is more right within the country. It is thus pushing for change 

Green Party of Canada has out efforts in place to ensure that values of individuals within the organization as well as the entire society are respected

From the above presentation, it is evident that Canada is a democratic country. Individuals can easily shift from one party to another especially then they perceive such parties as the only vehicle that would make it possible for organizations and political parties to ensure that there is switching costs are managed among the hopers. This would play an important role in ensuring that political leadership is enhanced in the society. 

Conclusion 

From the above presentation, it is evident that political parties differ on principle. This is based on the understanding that such parties are trying to win votes from customers. They thus have no option but to position themselves in a manner that differentiate their operations and ideologies that they stand for as compared to rival parties. Nevertheless, they have some similar characteristics. This is mainly in regards to structure and policy development, things that are informed by the law. For instance the liberal party presents itself to voters as a conservatism and progressive party. The party has positioned itself to make people believe that nothing is being messed up within the government.
