Natural is that which exists within an ecosystem and guided by certain laws. Supernatural are the things which happen without following the laws of nature. In most cases, supernatural things are associated with supernatural beings such as gods, and it is mostly found in religious beliefs. In natural, there are no artificial additives and things happen with a reasonable explanation. Natural happens all the time in the lives of human beings while supernatural happens rarely or during specific times and is associated with supernatural forces or artificial additives.
Supernatural could also be associated with miracles, for example, in the Christian religion, Jesus is seen to have performed supernatural activities. When he walked on water, Jesus defied the law of human body sinking in water. It is stated that faith prompted walking on water, something that cannot happen to people without faith. When Jesus called Peter, he first walked on water but he doubted, and he started to sink, showing that he had lost faith. Therefore the supernatural is associated with higher beliefs.
