Prohibition is a series of films that revolves around the Eighteenth Amendment implemented in the United States constitution. The society became extensively focused on strategies that will extensively boost societal development. Families were protected from the dangers of excessive alcohol consumption that had tremendously spread in the United States (Prohibition). Individuals were also guarded against engaging in activities that will affect their overall productivity. The continuous spread of alcohol, and the processes used to mitigate its consumption was accompanied by various factors. Prohibition led to the implementation of laws like limiting the age of alcohol users to 21 years and above.

Despite the limitation of alcohol consumption in the United States being beneficial, various concerns often emerged. Prohibition was unsuccessful because the society begun to rethink about morality. The thugs attained fame, while the entities responsible for mitigating alcohol consumption were rendered worthless. The society had become accustomed to drug intake that the limitation process triggered their angry self. The original intent of prohibition was completely neglected, while other forms became embraced more. Individuals consumed huge amounts of alcohol despite the presence of mitigation processes in the United States. The enshrined nature of the newly introduced alcohol mitigation process is what triggered negativity from the society. Contemporarily, prohibition could have been avoided through extensive use of law. Individuals could have filed suits that would limit the effects of the laws put in place against the consumption of alcohol. Continued development ought to embrace the previously implemented laws based on prohibition of alcohol consumption in the United States.
