The legalization of marijuana in some states in the U.S. has emerged as the leading aspect in the growth of industries such as the girl scout cookies, music streaming service, tequila, frozen pizza, erectile dysfunction medication, ice cream, gambling, movie tickets. The sales from the marijuana is estimated to be above 4.5 billion dollars, which contributes to the development of several industries in the regions. For instances, the use of the drug facilitates the expansion of the medication sectors associated with the dysfunction erection. The retail of marijuana depends on the stated jurisdiction, since the drug is significantly used for several purposes such as medical and recreation. However, the supply of the substance has certain limitations, but the law allows the distribution within standardized procedures by states. The directive state where the sales conducted at specified time limit (Barcott 2015). Furthermore, the retailers work under illustrated measures according to the purpose of the drug (medical or recreation use). 

The constitution plays a significant role in the control of sales and checks in the marijuana industry. Generally, orders and balances define the guidelines aimed to limit mistakes associated with marketing procedures of the product (Berkey 2010). Furthermore, the government undermines the federal powers centered on the management of marijuana. The sale and uses of the drug work is limited circumstances set by the state. Appreciably, the legalization of the drug has helped to reduce the aspect of racism, since both the whites and African Americans participate in the sale and consumption of the substance under the same stated rules.
