Throughout my study in proverbs 20-31, I learnt several wise lessons that teach us how to carry ourselves as educational leaders, live with others and answer people's questions. These lessons define not only a noble leader but also a Godly leader who honours God in their educational leadership ( Brown, 2019 ). First, God's wisdom is the pillar of every wise educational leader, according to proverbs 31.1. The mother urges her child to listen to God's wisdom, which she is speaking to him. This verse clearly shows that her wise utterances were sourced from God. Therefore, we ought to seek His knowledge as leaders to inspire our words and hence tangible results.

Wisdom is also ground for reigning. According to Proverbs 20.18, wisdom enables us to make plans and pursue wise counsel. If educational leaders rely on God's wisdom, then their goals and channels to accomplish them will be not carnal but spiritual. These will help us be problem solvers by pursuing justice, having self-control, being patient with people and situations, and other fruits of the Holy Spirit. The wise counsel also helps in decision making and shaping our character of a leader, eventually contributing to the success and mentoring others, which is essential as an educational leader.

I conquer with your comment since evidence show that success is related to character. Every education setting where staff and students embrace ethical education have a positive performance curve ( Thompson, 2018 ). As you have mentioned, the character can only be moulded by the Holy Spirit, who impacts God's wisdom influencing the actions. Student's also learning through imitation. Therefore being educators of character will gradually be instilled in our mentees. To nurture religious culture in schools, we can also engage in several practices such as engaging students in Bible study sessions, praying together and helping the needy. As a result, they will develop ethics which will contribute to their overall performance.

That's a useful comment that reminds us that students are also individuals who need affection from leaders. As the example has already been set by Jesus Christ of being a good shepherd, we need to cultivate healthy relationships as educational leaders. Good relationship promotes understanding each student's strengths, weaknesses, culture, language, and social status ( Schonert, 2017 ). Eventually, the educationists will help in improving the students to be better leaders in future. Besides, healthy teacher-student relations in an education setting will ultimately promote teacher-parent relationships, since the student will be comfortable to bring the parent on board ( Holen et al., 2018 ). Therefore, healthy relationships should be nurtured in institutions to contribute to students' mental, physical, and academic improvement.
