The big data impact on healthcare is changing the healthcare services provided in the world. Currently, the healthcare services delivery centers on patients because they have a lot of information available, and people must consider this during healthcare delivery. In this sense, healthcare delivery models which are patient-centered are the priority for most healthcare institutions. Cost reduction models, the fish born model for reducing time-wasting and waiting time in the hospital and other models such as chronic care delivery models are becoming critical for hospitals. Such models are good for facilitating different healthcare programs such as healthcare promotions, disease preventions, time wastage reduction, and quality healthcare delivery in the hospital. From the RN to BSN course at the WCU, such programs have become vivid with studies focusing not only on the mere basics of such models and programs but also the in-depth research, practicum and real-life situations where such programs are applicable. The RN to BSN courses also focuses on the clinical research and evidence-based applications of such models and programs in the course of work.

I prefer Evidence-Based Healthcare delivery model. Evidenced-Based healthcare services delivery model focuses on the use of current best evidence in making decisions about the care of individual patients or the delivery of health services. The use of evidence-based care delivery among nurses is critical (Sk aggs et al., 2018). The BSN nurses have a more advanced role which includes not only patient interaction and treatments but also researching ways through which they can offer better treatment and services to patients. The nurse role has also shifted from being an embodiment of knowledge during patient interaction to appoint where they need to integrate the patients' view in the treatment process. As a result, they need to rely on current and valid evidence while making decisions or explaining to the patients the treatment approaches. For instance, there is a difference between public health programs such as nutritional promotion among kids and vaccinations. Nutritional programs focus on a balanced diet for healthy living, while vaccination programs focus on reducing the chances of infections in kids. However, the two programs are similar in that all need evidence-based practice for proper provision.

On the course of my study, the evidence-based practice was one of the significant areas of focus. During my RN-BSN course at WCU, clinical research was part of the path towards evidence-based practice in nursing. During course such as NURS 350, which is research in Nursing, Basics of clinical research such as formulation of the problem and hypothesis, that leads to research on a topic or an issue was well handled. Research questions, data collection, comparison, consultation, analyzing finding, and drawing a conclusion from such findings were part of the clinical research that I had a chance to learn. Literature review on different past and present scholar and non-scholar articles as a way of appraising evidence were also part of the research course.

Further, teamwork planning, collaboration, and consultation was part of my practice at WCU. The aim was to consult the team to come up with research-based and evidence-based valid decisions that could help improve the patients' health status. The focus further was on the need to interact with multiple professionals to understand a health topic from different professional angles. The use of Health information system for electronic documentation and also discussed as a way of dissemination of the research were also part of the path towards enhancing evidence-based practice in my role as a nurse ( Hickman et al., 2018). Furthermore, the same research tactics were still useful when handling topics such as ethics in research, and health promotion and disease prevention.

My career in nursing entirely depends on evidence-based practices. In my effort to eliminate any medical error, I will strive to ensure that I formulate a problem, acquire evidence from different sources, review different materials concerning the evidence available or appraise the evidence, apply and assess its usefulness.
