In taking notes about the history of the nuclear energy, I used the Cornell Method. This method is straightforward to use, clear and also allows indication of the subheadings from where the noted are derived.

This method of note taking is clear, brief, and easy to remember. The point forms are also easy to memorize especially for presentation and or exam time usage.

Exploring the nature of the atom

The discovery of Uranium was dome by German Chemist, Martin Klaproth, in the year 1789.

The name uranium was deduced from the planet Uranus name.

Rutherford advanced the Uranium discovery by realizing the elements of ionization on the atomic makeup of the radioactive particles, which he later realized was used for the treatment purposes.

Harnessing nuclear fission

The laboratory investigations later realized that the harnessing of the atomic energy would produce adequate electricity, enough to propel industrial machinery and lead to the running of the machines in the company. Bohr, the discoverer of this aspect, was able to propose the usage of the regulator to control the emitted neutrons from its effects on the humans and surrounds.

Nuclear physics in Russia

In Russia, the atomic Physics led to the investigations of the atomic energy in Petersburg Academy in the early 1990’s.

In a decade’s time, Russia was able to harness and install numerous cyclotrons at the Radium Institute and Leningrad FTI.

The invasion of Russia by Germany in 1941 led to the discovery of the uranium plants as an in the institution as a potential military application.

Developing the concepts

The conception of the atomic bomb was orchestrated by the scientists Frisch and Peierls, both of whom stayed in England. They discovered that about 5kg of uranium would create a severe nuclear weapon, an equivalent of tonnes of dynamite.

By the end of 1940, many scientists under the umbrella of MAUD had convincingly realized the impact of Uranium weapons and its possibility of usage in war. The first test of the Atomic bomb came in the year 1945 on the Soviet, but with minimal impact.

Nuclear energy goes commercial

The commercialization of the atomic energy came from the USA, by the creation of electrical power from the nuclear forces. In Kazakhstan, the first of the nuclear energy began in 1972 with the construction and supply of electric power.
