What are the arguments for each of the options or positions?

Human trafficking has failed to decline despite efforts to mitigate the problems by law enforcement agencies, non-governmental organizations, academicians and policymakers. All these agencies argue that they have all the legal procedures and methods that handle trafficking issues affecting mostly women and children across the world. The traffickers have managed to use anti-trafficking activities to continue business; hence all these bodies fail to face off human trafficking. This status has caused debate over the methods used to combat trafficking as various professions and disciplines. Social workers decided to join in with their ideology of implementing Social Construct Framework ( Sen & Baba, 2017 ) . This framework works by understanding all the procedures and integrating response to these processes. They argue that this framework works better as it takes care of the victims and not the preparators. However, the practicality of this framework is quite challenging to implement since social justice system is unavailable to enhance this project.

What are the arguments against each of the options or positions?

Every organization claims to have the power and the ability to handle the problematic human trafficking business. Policy makers, non-governmental organization and scholar have teamed to bring down this multi-billion organization. However, the methods each body is presenting is entirely different from each other. Policy makers and non-governmental organizations are differing with scholar especially social workers who have derived Social Construct Framework to combat this industry. They aim to help the victims of human trafficking, but they do not receive support from the local authorities ( Sen & Baba, 2017 ) . They have to rescue and protect these victims themselves. This standoff has slowed down the process of stopping human trafficking as each group claim to be right. In each region, both groups have established their facilities and are working on their policies in delivering people from this situation. It has brought about competition among the two groups; therefore, little progress is there to be reported.
