Hello May
First of all, I appreciate the presentation of this leadership assessment report. It reveals the assessment's comprehensiveness while highlighting everything one needs to know to make necessary adjustments to develop a personal leadership profile. It covers all ground, especially the emotional aspects of leadership, which are important for knowing about themselves. There are lessons to be learned from the results applied to personal leadership philosophies and behaviors.
The first one is the importance of courage in leadership traits. According to Rijamampianina (2018), courage is an important component of an effective leader. It is the foundation upon which other leadership characters are built and the emergence of other essential virtues and values. In a simple term, lack of courage as a leader impedes leadership development because of a lack of the primary foundation.

The next lesson is the importance of conflict resolution skills in leadership. May demonstrates a flaw that many people struggle with, thinking that it is a good thing to avoid conflict. People avoid conflicts or even solve a conflict issue because they fear hurting others' emotions or even pointing others' mistakes. Ronquillo et al. (2020) assert that a transformational leader can develop a trusting relationship with followers of the team members, which means that he or she can influence their actions. The long-term impact of this is a trickle-down outcome of conflict resolution in an environment defined by shared trust and closeness.
Lastly, May will have to do more to become a transformational leader. The leadership style needs an influencer capable of setting goals and influencing the rest to follow suit (Steinmann, Klug, & Maier, 2018). It does not, therefore, help May that she is positive and empathetic. There is a need for the development of courage to be an effective transformational leader.
