The brand of choice is Star Bucks Company. Star Bucks is a widely known multinational company operating in more than 50 countries with close to 30,000 stores all over the world. Star Bucks is a coffee company that is based in the Seattle United States. The company is known to spend a lot on advertisements through prints and media. Star Bucks has effectively been utilizing its marketing communication mix through advertising, events as well as experiences, sales promotions and public relations (Starbucks Coffee, n.d). They have formulated a way that allows them to use the marketing communication mix regularly. The ads they made through the use of social media is a good example of how well they have been utilizing the marketing communication mix.

Has it capitalized on the strengths of different media and compensated for their weaknesses at the same time? 

Star Bucks is known for emphasizing on customer satisfaction, and all their communicated messages are directed at this fact. They always encouraging customers to communicate if there is any problem. For instance, if a customer did not like their coffee, then it is remade for them. They also do not like taking risks of adopting other brands to avoid ruining their coffee quality. The marketing strategies used include social media platforms, marketing through viral videos and promotions. The company also emphasize on consistent branding, web branding and other useful mobile applications. In other words, they have tried their best to keep their communication with their clients close and direct through all the above-mixed communication channels (Starbucks Coffee, n.d). 

However, as much as they have capitalized on various communication means they have tried; they have found two which are more advantageous. The two platforms that make the coffee company unique is consistence branding and creative website content. They use other means such as Facebook and twitter to get more clients through promotion (Starbucks Coffee, n.d). They have been experiencing more advantages than weaknesses since their clients keeps on increasing from every corner through their creative advertisements 

How explicitly has it integrated its communication program? 

Star Bucks has effectively outlined their marketing strategies very well through mixing up various platforms such as social media and promotions. This way, the company is able to get suggestions and feedback from their clients. However, they have got a room for improvement to perfect their strategy. For starters, they can consider some unique ways such as sharing of ideas like increasing their presence on social media platforms and in particular Facebook and Twitter. This way, they will be able to get direct feedback from their clients ( Starbucks Coffee, n.d). Additionally, they can also consider sponsoring some social events that will positively impact their image on society. Overall, Star Bucks has done a great job of integrating their marketing and communication strategies across various channels successfully. However, they can consider some of the above recommendations for improvement.
