It is, therefore, critical in ensuring that evidence is professionally handled since it is significant to a trial. Additionally, it is vital to keep proper records of proof collected in scenes to help in solving the crime. Evidence errors may arise when the investigator misrepresents, misunderstands, and overstates the physical test. It is thus, imperative to ensure the reliability of evidence when representing it in court. For instance, when conducting a BPA, investigators should understand and describe the evidence to enhance its credibility when using blood as physical proof. A high level of expertise and evidence testing are essential when evaluating testimonies. According to the readings, a testimonial should be critically assessed by reconstructing occurrence and developing a constructed and tested theory. Mainly, witnesses only provide peer-reviewed conclusions after BPA since “circumstances cannot lie, but witnesses can and do” (Gardner & Krouskup, 2016). Witnesses should, however, follow the set procedures and standards. Expert witnesses should thus avoid biasedness and prejudice. The evaluation of the scene allows investigators to assess the specific area where the wounding occurred. In BPA, it is essential to evaluate wounding since it helps in providing more information on the evidence collected. Moreover, the readings indicate that standard techniques and procedures are used in criminal investigations. They are, therefore, critical when evaluating blood samples, for instance, using chemicals such as luminol. 

Conclusion 

It is evident from the above that Blood Pattern Analysis (BPA) is both a complex and vital component of crime scene investigation. A high level of expertise and specialized tools are necessary to analyze a crime scene effectively. A BPA expert can recreate a crime scene and inform the court on what happened, thus either vindicating or confirming the guild of the defendant. From a Christian worldview perspective, God says in Isaiah 61:8, “For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery…” God is interested in justice, and BPA seeks to ensure justice for victims of crimes. BPA thus aligns with the Christian World View.
