The effective communication tool in health and social care is very important. It establishes and develops healthy relationships between colleagues, the management, and the patients. It is also crucial in making requests and providing information in a medical facility. If I had an idea to improve patient care that I would like the upper management to support and fund, I would use charts and diagrams to present my idea to the upper management. Medical diagrams, graphs, and charts are often used in medical facilities; therefore, it would make my presentation much easier.
It is a universal truth that pictures speak a thousand words. In that case, Charts and diagrams are effective ways to make information clearer than words. They would make my presentation of the idea more straightforward. They give a graphical representation of data and further represent tabular numeric data (Weissgerber, Milic, Winham, & Garovic, 2015). The charts and diagrams would contain details and comprehensive information of the idea and how it would improve patient health care. Charts would further show how the management would use funds and how much funds they would use to fund the idea. The chart and diagrams would also show the records on medications and the treatment plans for my idea which will be used to improve patient care (Paranjpe, Sundharam, & Sundaram, 2017). They would also present the key information of my idea and even present facts in a clear and understandable way (Weissgerber, Milic, Winham, & Garovic, 2015). Charts and diagrams will contain the original illustrations created to my specific requirements to make the presentation entirely directed to my ideas of improving the patients care.

In conclusion, the charts and diagrams will make the information and data easier to present because it will support my ideas in the form of data and numeric. It would also help my ideas and presentation more understandable to the upper management so that they can support and fund my idea.
