There has been a drastic decrease in the number of attendees and health attendants in the health sector. This is due to the Coronavirus that has now become a global epidemic (Gostin & Hodge, 2020) . The attendance has reduced due to fear of contracting the virus and suspension of elective surgeries to increase the hospital capacity for coronavirus emergency services (Jernigan, 2020) . Governments are urging people to stay indoors and not clog emergency rooms. Most of the attendants have been relocated to offer emergency services in that sector and have resulted in the decrease of attendants in other health departments.

Families with patients with dementia and exit seeking behaviors ought to be very alert in such a time when wandering is a significant threat to human safety. I played a vital role in creating awareness for members of the family with cases of dementia and exit seeking behavior. This included; preventing unsafe exit finding, assessing, and managing the causes of wandering based on particular attention to the needs to be met (Arnaoudova, Et.al, 2016) . For the cases of dementia, the family and friends should attempt to assess the patterns and the frequency for wandering through keen observation and talking to the victims (Feast, Et.al, 2016) . The assessment should be followed by the creation of a conducive environment that prevents overstimulation or under-stimulation, create an uncluttered path and places of rest.

There was also a similar case of a young attendee with a history of chronic epilepsy and disability. It was essential to remind the family epilepsy is a family affair since it affects everyone to some extent. I taught the family how to create a seizure response plan, respond to possible unpredicted seizures, and the need to keep the company with the victim ( Chew, Et.al, 2018) . Individuals with disabilities or epilepsy not only require special care from health practitioners but also the family and society.
