Besides being my primary goals, the above will also constitute my long terms objectives. My short term goals will majorly comprise of developing interpersonal skills that include effective communication and a positive relationship with my patients.
Work Environment
I look forward to working in a busy and major trauma center where I will find full engagement expecting an annual salary in the range of $45,000 to $55,000. I don’t expect much time out my of work schedule, meaning that I will take a minimal vacation, leave, or time out. I will ensure that most of my morning hours will be dedicated to attending to patients while my afternoon and nights I will engage in a part-time course such as Human Relations short courses to build on my interpersonal skills. My focus is to attend to maternal mothers and pediatric care focusing on children and adolescents. Currently, I am concentrating on perfecting my leadership and teamwork skills since I expect to work within groups during my first year in nursing practice.

Search for Job Opportunities and Career Prospects
The web is vast, and I believe it is the best job hunting ground for a start. At the same time, I am expanding my networking circle to include professional medical practitioners who will help me secure connection with relevant healthcare providers. I will also connect with other notable medical practitioners through professional social sites such as LinkedIn. One of the most challenging aspects of job hunting is interviews. However, I believe that with my knowledge in the medical field, I am well prepared to express myself professionally. Some of the critical steps that I will take include coming up with relevant questions that I may be asked and researching on the particular job description that I have applied. Since I strongly believe in patient-centered care, I will advocate and prefer remaining a sole provider to connect with my patients at an intimate level.
