Nurses’ role in the promotion of healthcare includes different roles that relate to the advocating activities which aim at eliminating poor healthcare services (Edelman, Mandle & Kudzma, 2017) . Healthcare practices require nurses to be in a position to engage actively in quality healthcare promotion strategies in order to promote quality health care. The Nurses’ role include their ability to apply concepts that are evidence-based from research in order to implement effective strategies that contribute towards the promotion of quality health care. They should have the required skills and be competent enough to empower communities and encourage individuals to take actions that focus on improving health.

The organizational culture of the healthcare organization is to provide a working environment that is purposeful, fulfilling, constructive and full of fun (Clegg, Kornberger & Pitsis, 2015) . This culture has trumped over everything in the organization since the time when it was implemented as it makes the work environment to be one that people want to be associated with. The leadership styles of the CEO and CNO of the organization are demographic which allows all to participate in decision making, affiliative which enhances good relationship within the organization, transformational leadership which encourages employees to give their best and visionary leadership which helps employees to focus on making a better future.
