The hypothesis will help leaders to make better decisions in terms of both the leadership skills that they utilize in their area of influence, as well as the consequent organizational culture to be adapted. In this regard, the hypothesis has helped to show that transformational and transactional leadership styles are better frameworks for employing. This has well been explicated by showing that adoption of these styles of leadership is insightful in motivating innovative behaviour among employees (Khan et al., 2020). The hypothesis goes further in noting adoption of the two leadership styles helps leaders in stimulating their employees to bring novel concepts and ideas. Integration of Article Information into Executive Management within the Military

In the context of military leadership, there is a need to be adaptable to changes within the militaristic environment. This is borne out of the changing nature of war as the day goes by. In this view, the executive management should be able to nurture creativity and innovation among the military officers. The need for integrating the transactional and transformational leadership style is important. Not only does it encourage the aspects of innovation and creativity, it also helps in enhancing self-esteem, as well as purposeful working (Khan et al., 2020). The need to further utilize information learnt from the article reviewed is also in the view of influencing a positive militaristic culture which is effective in providing an opportunity for performing extra role behaviours. Productivity is also most likely to be enhanced and thereby the ability to delegate the role of protecting countries from external threats that may demoralize peace and stability.
