Question 1

As of today, many campaigns have been carried out to sensitive the public on the significance of environmental conservation. The idea is meant to encourage the society to observe caution while living in harmony with the environment because of the many benefits derived from it. However, many are yet to adopt such measures owing to the way they do pollute the environment without regard to their action. But while witnessing how global warming has gained prominence, it is hard to go without acknowledging the need to adopt a different effort geared at transforming the way we interact with the environment.

At a personal level, in light of the agenda to transform the environment, I have participated in different initiatives while seeking to sensitize the community on the need to adopt a different way of living. It is because of my awareness of how environmental conservation is tied entirely to our wellbeing when cherished by all. This is demonstrated through my participation in tree planting as well as other activities related to this subject. I am, therefore, so passionate about environmental conservation and believe it is bound to have a significant impact on the world when we all join hands to encourage a change in attitude towards environmental preservation.

Question 2

Initially, I wasn’t that keen about environmental conservation, but with time this changed due to the current experience with the rise in sea level recorded not forgetting to mention other changes in weather patterns which have considerably harmed human coexistence. One is, therefore, likely to notice how erratic weather patterns continue to impact man negatively with the less developed world being the worst hit owing to the inadequate distribution of resource only denying the poor a chance to live in harmony without suffering such a plague. On the other hand, this has, however, become so common without any tangible solution being provided because of lack of accountability among policymakers most of who are keen to take advantage of the situation at the expense of the large population which is thus reduced to conform to a heightened level of poverty. It also leads to the development of other social evils as some try to survive in a harsh kind of world.

In a rush to capitalize on the high demand across the world, many companies have also contributed to global warming owing to the emission of greenhouse gasses which are said to have led to a rise of global temperatures. Many nations have also disputed such claims by failing to commit themselves in a move aimed at ensuring a countermeasure is taken to stop the situation from becoming worse. While doing so, this has only escalated the situation with no solution in sight. At times, a bit of emphasis is paid to the subject whenever a disaster occurs but doesn’t always lead to a conclusive end owing to a lack of commitment among the various stakeholders.

Question 3

There is a need to adopt an individual attempt geared at ensuring all cooperate in the agenda to transform how we approach the issue now that it is bound to have a great impact on all. Without changing our perspective, a lot is put at stake thus the need to encourage the adoption of a different approach. On the other hand, while waiting on governments to act, this might only expose Mother Nature to unknown encounter and bound to affect all life negatively now that reclaiming the situation back to normalcy could still take a bit of time to redeem. Lack of individual participation is thus to blame owing to some continuing with the vice without paying regard to their action. It explains why some continue polluting the environment every day.

Question 4

At the political level governments have also failed to come up with policies in this line or even followed up to see to it that enacted policies are enforced. At an individual level, I will continue agitating for a change in perception to realize a difference. Eventually, this will go a long way in encouraging society to adopt environmental conservation.
