The main aim of public policy Advocacy is to influence the political system worldwide to be sure that people’s opinions or the organization’s point of view are well presented in the system. Some professional people are paid to influence the legislation, and these are Public Policy Advocates. A Policy Public Advocate needs specific skills to deliver, and these include: knowledge, critical thinking, he/she should be a good listener, persuasion, relationship skills, and much more ( Hawkins, & Weis, 2017 ). These skills will enable an advocate to understand how the government works; identify the strengths and weaknesses of an alternative solution, pursue them to change their minds, and finally develop a good relationship.
What has inhibited global health issue management?
There are emerging issues in global health which inhibits its management. This involves increased death rates caused by non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and stroke, which contribute up to 70 percent of deaths. They are driven by tobacco consumption, physical inactivity, drinking alcohol, a diet that is not healthy, and air pollution. Secondly, we have fragile regions. These are regions that encounter drought, war, and famine; thus, the immune of people in those areas are easily weakened. We also have Ebola and other pathogens that destroy on a local scale (Fauci, 2014).

How can nursing practice address and improve global health needs
Nursing practice can improve global health need in several ways. Firstly, through nursing practice, nurses can pull resources together and offer holistic health care services in any country provided the translator is available (Bastable, 2017). For example, the Ebola situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo, nurse from different countries availed themselves and offered health care services to the victims. Another example is for the global crisis such as AIDS pandemic. People need to be educated about prevention. For those who are already infected, they will need someone to administer the drugs as well as to take them through counseling. Nurses can only provide this type of services. Therefore, they can transform world healthcare significantly.
