Social change organizations help address systemic or root causes of social inequalities related to economic, political, and cultural factors. Their primary purpose is to alleviate inequalities as well as understand its cause. Notably, nonprofits organizations have been trying to spearhead for justice and equality for African Americans ( DoSomething.org (n.d) ) . The paper will focus on Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch by discussing how they recruit, those they include in their network, and ways of retaining their connection.

Amnesty International is an organization that investigates and exposes facts related to injustice, such as abuse. The organization recruits its workforce, volunteers, and interns by advertising on their websites ( Stephan et al., 2016) . People of different calibers have the privilege to join Amnesty International networks. Those interested can join the network by attending their events, making donations, becoming a member through subscription, shopping at their online stores, and signing petitions that require urgent action. The firm retains its connections by constantly mobilizing public opinion related to social injustice. Human Rights Watch consists of a non-governmental organization conducting research and advocacy programs on human rights. It engages in an investigation related to abuse, exposes its facts, and pressurizes the government to respect people's rights and secure justice. The organization is an equal opportunity in recruiting its workforce. It employs workers from over 40 countries ( Stephan et al., 2016) . Those who are recruited consist of lawyers, journalists, academicians, and country experts. The global network of the Human Rights Watch organization consists of young professionals from Europe, Canada, and the US. They share the common principle of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The charitable firm retains its connection by partnering with small and large organizations globally.

Inequality and injustice experienced by African Americans can be addressed through the active engagement of both Whites and Afro-Americans (GreatNonprofits. (n.d)). The stakeholders involved should encompass Whites and Blacks from diverse social classes in the community. The agency campaign will include educating people on the need to understand systemic racism, speaking against racism, supporting blacks, and political engagement and petitions. Racism is a global pandemic, and thus, one will work on the issues at the international level. However, despite racism being mainly noticed in the USA, most European countries also practice structural racism.
