The working class faces the issue of lack of enough resources and empowerment to determine the process of production. The working class mostly provide labor in firms and production process owned by the bourgeois or property owner at the expense of their labor or service rendered where they earn minimum wages and salaries for the work done determined by the property owners. A majority of the profits made through the production remains with the business owners making the working class make enough income and wages that they can save and re-invest to change the status quo and empower them from being working class to business owners. The lack of adequate resources among the working class has made them remain in the lower cadre in the production processes and hence transiting to the other classes challenging. The working class also faces the problem of lack of enough influence regarding production as many societies embrace the laisser-faire type of production or capitalism where the forces of demand and supply determine the market, and there is less intervention from the government. The working class is striving for a future that they would earn salary and wages that are commensurate to the profits they make in the production processes. They hope for a future where every worker shall earn the recommended working wages according to the internationals standards that can help them meet their expenses as well as have enough savings to initiate their production firms and hence transit from labors and workers to property owners. They are thus striving for a future that property owners shall have respect and recognize their input in the process of production. As a result rewards them accordingly and end the manipulation that many see in the current process of production where workers only earn salary and wages that only help them to survive making them depend on the work and job done and therefore unable to transit to the next class in the process of the production. They also strive for a future where workers will not be exploited and earn salary and wages according to the time and rate of their production output that is commensurate with the international standards almost similar to the one received by property owners. It is because, without the workers, the property owners cannot make any substantial production and hence everybody in the process of production is important, and they need each other and hence mutual respect has to exist including earning salary and wages that please the workers.

How they can get there
The workers can get there by strategizing on the better options to manipulate and control the production processes. For example, workers must join unions, labor and trade movements that would advocate for their rights and demands for better salary and wages as far as the process of production are concerned. They can also withdraw their labor tactically and halt the production processes services to show the property owners the impact that they have in the production processes. Workers also must learn and practice the skills of savings so that they can start their production processes and owe properties even in small scale to empower them and help them transit to the class of production from labor sellers to property owners of labor buyers. They can get there through perseverance and patience as the changes do not come easily.

The workers must learn from the noted movements that change does not come quickly. It entails sacrifices and struggle by the people in the society that feel aggravated or oppressed by others. Therefore, they should be ready to sacrifice to achieve the future they strive. They also must learn that uniting as workers place them at a better chance to realize their desires as opposed to working as individuals. As the adage says that ‘United we stand and divided we fall,’ workers must learn to live by the phrase. It would place them in a better position to realize their goals as the property owners would be desperate and frustrated when production halts compelling them to give in to the demands of the workers provided they are realistic. The workers must also learn to choose good leaders that can be true to their ambitions and goals as noted from the incidence of civil war and the American Revolution.
