In the second quarter of November, sunrise occurred a minute late each day apart from 17th and 26 th when it appeared two minutes late. On the other hand,16 th to the 20 th saw irregular sunset hours that regulated on the 21 st with two-day sequences that shared sunset times that occurred a minute earlier for every two days. 22 nd was the warmest day of the phase and recorded a high of 18.27ºC of and a low of 7.2ºC, while 17th was the coldest day that recorded a high of 1.1ºC and a low of -7.2º C. Humidity was highest on 17 th with records of 100% and lowest on 26 th with a record of 35%. Air pressure was highest on 18 th at 30.4in and lowest on 16 th with 29.66in. The wind recorded an average speed of 10mph on all occasions apart from 17 th when it blew towards the West at 16mph, a time when the moon was its third quarter. In the rest of the days, it mostly blew towards the SW and least towards the East.

The moon was observed in three phases. It began with the third quarter, followed by the new moon, and then the first quarter. The third quarter was observed between 16 th and 17 th and the first quarter between 26 th and 28 th . During the third quarter and the first two new moons, temperatures were lowest. Wind blowing from a Western direction headed towards its Southern side caused an increase in air pressure, and clouds recorded a two low when it blew towards the South West on 22 nd and 29 th . As such, the days were more regular during the phase of the new moon. Days were shorter during this time and longer during its third quarter. Also, temperatures were more favourable during the new moon, and humidity was at its highest, air pressure at an average of 30in, and clouds lower than other moon phase periods.
