Ethical dilemmas denote intricate problems with unclear solutions based on moral norms in society or organization. Ethical framework or conceptualization provides guidelines for uncovering moral actions in addressing ethical dilemmas in an organization or society. 

The research illustrates that an effective, ethical framework offers minimal harm to the affected people in the process of producing satisfactory solutions to ethical dilemmas. The duty framework promotes effective, ethical actions for responsibilities and obligations in an organization. Consequently, the duty framework has an appropriate application in circumstances that require consideration of why responsibility or obligation prohibits certain action plans. Stealing the radium drug from the drug company constitutes unethical and illegal conduct of the robber intending to save his sister's life from cancer. However, saving his sister's life proves as ethical conduct. Though the company owner sells the drug legally, he exhibits unethical conduct by considering profit maximization over accepting credit purchases to save the life of a cancer patient. Markedly, making an effective decision in an intricate condition encompasses comprehension of underlying ethical principles and sufficient evaluation of the ethical dilemma.
