Subscription to educational services, downloadable applications, and reference material, text messages to the clinical instructors and instructional videos expand the smartphone’s education function even further (Billings & Halstead, 2015). In conclusion, information and technology are rapidly becoming part of our everyday lives. Nurses, therefore, should take the leadership role in the use of technology to revolutionize patient care.
