Virtual ethics works differently from other theories since it focuses on the virtues and characters of an individual. A case in point, applying the virtual ethics theory, it is wrong for a person to steal. The golden mean is the average position between two sides of an ethical decision. The golden mean works in ethical judgements and decisions by ensuring that not of the parties is affected by the actions of one individual. Virtues refer to the positive personality of an individual and are determined through behavior. One of the strengths of the virtual ethics is that it helps in the growth of personality. Another advantage of virtue ethics is that it does not compromise the reasons and motivation of someone. The weakness of virtue ethics is that it does not address the factors that motivate people to take particular actions. The theory is not a better alternative to the other concepts since it focuses on personality alone and, therefore, should be combined to include the society (Sakellariouv, 2015).
Men and women think differently about the issue of feminism. The variances translate into right and wrong with most men being on the wrong side. Care ethics is one of the varieties of virtue ethics and it seeks to promote and maintain relationships amongst people (Sakellariouv, 2015). One of the strengths of care and virtual ethics that is most compelling is that it takes care of the feeling of others. However, one of the weakness is that care and virtues ethics is that they tend to be biased since preferential treatment is granted to relatives and friends.

Yes, there is something that is morally wrong with homosexuality since the act is considered as a vice in the society. Therefore, since it is against the doctrines of many communities, it should be illegal. I agree with Russell’s critiques. Russel was focused on the harm that sexual activities would cause rather than the feeling of the society since homosexuality had been considered a great sin (Burton, 1932).
