The management needs to make a detailed list of the required resources before the client kicks his project off. This would prevent confusion in the middle of the project. The resource management software could be used to enhance adequate management of resources by the case manager (Slack, Chambers & Johnston, 2010) . A client would be more satisfies if the manager can invest in software that provides them with adequate resources for the successful operation of the project. They should provide the client with resource planning through such software to retain such clients so that they do not change their mind and stick to the referral.
