Literature class was one of my best classes in the entire semester. One of my traits is that I like reading and reflecting on my reading. This course provided me with an opportunity to explore my hobby. This class offered me a chance to read and interpreted poems. This is one area which I enjoy most. I was very attentive as the tutor revealed the new world of songs which I had never heard. I was delighted since I realized that I had been struggling to understand many parts of the poems, yet there were easier ways of understanding the poem. I was introduced to Backpack literature which had numerous poetry and poets with a lot of experience in the field of poem. I learned about some poetry such the last call , Another Morning and others. Some of the poems from this list that were my favorites are inclusive of the memories of the sea , the school supplies , the inner chamber and many others within the series. The class was very active as the tutor asked questions and the student’s answers. The students were given a chance to ask for clarification as they learn poems. This class was one of the best I have to say.

In the literature class, I learned numerous things which changed my life as well as my perspective on some issues around the world. The first thing which I learned was a different poem from the Back pack literature. In this collection, I come up with a list of my best poems with various meaning which depicted the real life and the contemporary society. These poems have enhanced my understanding of the society as a whole and people's view on some of the issues which matter most in the community such as the politics, economy and others. Alternatively, I learned about the poets and their experience as well as some of their perspective of the world as they compose poems. Precisely, I found out that the poems reflect the thoughts, ideas and the view of the poet about the society or topic they write about.

The last issue that I learned in this class was the interpretation of the literature work. This was marvelous. For instance, there was a story of the Oedipus, the king. I learned how to interpret the character traits in this story as well as the implication of the story and how they help in modifying the plot. For instance, I learned that the King Oedipus is portrayed in this story as ideal individual that have weaknesses as well as the strength as a king. For instance, he is portrayed as confident leaders who believed on what he ought to achieve. This makes him delivers to his community. Alternatively, he is described as reliable and persistent leaders who are ready to find out the truth about the death of his king. On the other hand, Oedipus has some weakness which later leads to some of his failures within the plot of the story. For instance, he is hot-tempered and makes some prejudgment decisions.

I would wish to learn more about the interpretation of the literature work. In some case I still find difficulties in interpreting the poem. Specifically, I would want to find out more about understanding the attitude and the poem tones. This will make me more conversant with my areas of interest. For many years, I have had an interest in reading and interpreting the literature work. I love reading, and this has been my trait for long. However, I had difficulties in understanding some work. I could read and end up missing almost everything. This has changed due to this class.
