The social responsibility of an organization or corporate can be described as the other non-profit activities that the organization engages in to fulfil their obligations to the community that the organization is located (Akrani, 2013). Our organization involves itself in the development society and also takes part in the communal activities in the area it is situated. It also ensures that the activities it involves do not affect the environment of the area that is it has a good strategy for disposing of its waste. They also provide fair pay and benefits to the employees of the organization. This also entails providing a favorable and suitable working condition. 

These activities help the society to develop and also get access to social amenities such as hospitals that avail medical attention to the society, hence the society gets educated reducing the level of illiteracy. Colleges, universities and vocational training centers are also established to help the resident of the area that the organization is located to acquire skills and higher education and also act as a source of employment to the residents either unskilled, semi-skilled or one is skilled (Akrani, 2013). By ensuring good disposal of the waste products, the organization ensures that the environmental conditions of the area are suitable and appropriate for human dwelling. It also ensures that the residents do not suffer from diseases that are brought about by the waste products.

By applying the social responsibility strategies, the organization gets added benefits. They gain social security since the community approves of their activities and are also ready to help the organization grow. This is as a result of the organization participating in the communal activities. The organization also gets enough workforce. After treating its worker's fine many people are willing to work in the company (Akrani, 2013). The organization activities are also approved by the public reducing the charges that the public has on the company. By ensuring that the company develops the area and also ensuring that the environment is safe for people, it attracts many residents in the area hence increasing their consumer base and also a source of enough manpower. Therefore implementation of social responsibilities is of many benefits to both the society and the organization.
