Worldview is a mental model of ideas and attitude that society carries about a situation. It may base on theories that are only perceived by the majority of people, and by individuals going the same issue accepts it. Worldview is concerned with things that are difficult to understand, and individuals believe it is accurate because it is written on books and posted online. Besides, worldview focuses on how people perceive a particular phenomenon, and through this, one can analyze a situation on how other people view it. Worldview is vital when it comes to decision making because one gets to find out that many people might be going through the same. Besides, there is a lot of information that helps one to overcome a particular problem. Like in my case, I would say that worldview has helped me in my journey to recovery. After I was diagnosed with at a tender age with hemophilia, I did not understand what I was going through, but my parents helped me to live a healthy life.

Later as I grew older, I was curious about what I was going through, and I wanted to know more about hemophilia. In my research, I found out that the condition was not curable, and I was devastated. Although I was living a healthy life with the medication prescribed to me by the doctor, I still felt that I needed to get better. Haemophilia is a rare hereditary condition that causes clotting of blood or bleeding disorders. The situation occurs when certain blood clotting factors are not functioning as expected. Since there is no clotting of blood formation, excessive bleeding occurs. The condition detected at birth, and immediate care is required, but one can also acquire later in life though it is rare. However, people with this condition may have different signs, and it may be difficult to detect which type one may have. The state is unique, but research done has helped people with the condition to live a healthy life if detected early in life. Again the disease is lifelong individuals with it are forced to live on medication. Haemophilus requires the individual suffering from it to be extra careful with their activities because just a little bruise can cause excessive bleeding. But again, bleeding can occur without no apparent reason, and this is why I have had to live a preserved life without engaging in many activities ( KonkleHuston & Fletcher, 2017)

Living with this condition has not been easy, and over the years, I have always wished that I could regain my health back and live a healthy life like the rest. The condition is treatable but not curable, and I can attest for sure that taking the daily medication basis is not the easiest thing that one can cope. But recently, I decided to research the condition and even follow up on the treatments that are available in the world. To my surprise, I found out that several people going through the same situation, and they are living a healthy life. According to Kruse ‐ Jarres et al. (2017), given the number of health condition in the world, hemophilia is a condition manageable compared to other diseases that result in impairment, and one is unable to perform simple tasks. I felt lucky to know that I was in a better position because I can do most of my work without the help of anyone. The worldview on this condition is that it is a manageable condition, and living a healthy life, and it was up to me to decide if I wanted to.

The worldview on hemophilia is that compared to past years, there was no treatment, and patients with the condition did not live long. However, with the advancement in technology research, more treatments have come up, which are even less costly as compared to the past. Again, there is hope that expertise in this field is working hard to find the cure for this condition. Besides, I Reading stories about people with the same disease and how taking medication to them is like therapy on a daily. For them having the condition has never been an issue because they were able to accept one cannot be normal like the rest. Such testimonies have helped me in my decision making when it comes to taking medicines regularly basis. Am now in a better position to see my condition as something that connected to for a long time, and I needed to help myself first. The worldviews on this condition have placed me in a better position to know that been stuck on a health condition was not the end of life.
