Culture has been showcased as one of the most instrumental tools in the shaping of people's lives and the way they behave or interact with one another. Culture entails the values, language, beliefs, norms, material objects, and behaviors that are passed from one generation to another. Therefore, culture can be accurately described as the "way of being." Globalization, as a modern force, has brought about the issue of diversity in the various cultures with an aspect of modernity, which leads to a blend of the cultures. Increasingly, people around the world have been embracing multiculturalism, which has been described as both personally and professionally beneficial factor. Multiculturalism has been regularly portrayed as the concept where beliefs and behaviors exist and are aware of the existence of the diverse cultural groups from the various parts of the world. The issue of diversity has been in line with modernity, which has led to the widespread respect of the other people and what they believe in according to their cultures. The aspect has led to the enhancement of peace and unity among the various cultural groups that exist in the different parts of the world. As mentioned earlier, cultural diversity has been identified as an essential force in the enhancement of personal and professional values. Globalization has come in to open up the various areas in the world to development by intensifying international trade and creating numerous opportunities for many people to work outside their home countries (Van Marrewijk & Van den Ende, 2018). The individuals who get the opportunities to work abroad have interacted with the other cultures across the globe and learned to coexist with them and mutually benefit one another through employment contracts and business partnerships. That is to suggest that the world of tomorrow may have better opportunities for the cultural diversity as a useful concept, and precisely with the increment in the role of globalization in the various sectors of growth globally. Spijkers & Loopmans (2018) explain that technology has also played an essential role in cultural diversity as people around the world increase their interactions over the internet and the use of social media.
