A workable framework is integral in managing time and creating priorities as well as communicating in efforts to counter the demands and constraints that face leaders in the wake of stakeholder expectations. One of the ways in which the prioritization can be met is through meeting the needs of the stakeholders according to their relationship with the church. Additionally, setting specific dates and time during which the various stakeholders will be met is critical in ensuring that the meeting programs do not crash. It is also useful to pin notes in the study room as well as office which are the frequently used places to act as reminders of the day's commitments. Finally, hiring a personal assistant would work a long way to schedule as well as communicate to the various stakeholders, so they do not feel left out.
