The goal of the project is to come up with strategies for making a practical manual that will serve its purpose. A competent manual is detailed and straight to the point. It is easy to understand so that employees can read it on their own without the need can help. It is simple to work through due to the logical presentation of the chapters and subchapters. It is interactive, and the charter makes sure the ready to understand the procedures (Juneja, 2016). While considering the characteristics of a good training manual, the project will come up with a successful and productive training manual. The project of creating a training manual will reduce the low productivity of a company and increase the efficiency of the workers and the employees. In case there are new products, then it will be easy for the employees to navigate and do their work well. Well-trained workers will take good care of the machine's ant wok; hence there will be fewer equipment breakdowns, fewer customer complaints, and needs for less supervision (Juneja, 2016). Therefore, one can focus on other projects and trust the employees will finish their work on time.
