Sufficient exploitation of this benefits to maximize productivity is one of the ways an employer can benefit from all of this. When talking about exploitation, it means that employer maximizes benefits that the benefit offered will provide (Carpenter, 2018). An example will be education benefit where the employer furthers the education of the employee by paying their tuition. Through this, employees acquire new skills that can be used to enhance productivity. Enhancing the staff education improves performance by promoting creativity and innovation which the employer can maximize on to ensure the product they provide is of high quality.
