Adverse childhood experiences, ACE, can be defined as the experience that children face between the age of 0-17 that have potential traumatic consequences on the child. ACE leave might include experiences of violence, parental divorce, and low economic status in the family, neglect, and abuse ( Iniguez & Stankowski, 2016) . ACE has a significant impact on the adult lives of those who experience them; hence to a greater extent, define who a child would become in adult life. A high ACE score implies that the subject had a higher number of potentially traumatic experiences in childhood causes both mental and physical life to worsen in future life ( Iniguez & Stankowski, 2016) . Individuals with high ACE scores engage in more health risk behavior and exposes themselves to more disease infections, thereby making their physical lives worse ( Iniguez & Stankowski, 2016) . Also, those who record higher ACEs scores experience more mental distresses, hence, poor mental health.
