2. Defining the business problem statement and addressing the Five W's.
The main business problem is the inadequate number of employees. The number of employees addressing the Five W's is not the same, and this affects the business income generation activities. For instance, there are only nine employees who are responsible for Weekend Tours, (see Pivot Table). This number is small compared with the number of tourists who visit the place during weekends. As a result, some of the tourists may not prefer the site due to the inadequate number of employees who in one way or the other attend to tourist’s queries.
Similarly, only 48 and 90 employees are responsible for the distribution of the Western Bike Supplies and Wheel gallery. These number of employees are still inadequate compared with the magnitude of the task hence calls for the need to add more staff. Furthermore, only 27 and 64 employees are responsible for the wholesale of bikes and wholesale of parts respectively. Due to this inadequate number of employees, there is a high chance that the organization is not maximizing on the returns, (Kerzner, & Kerzner, 2017).

These analysis entails both descriptive and inferential statistics while presenting the results. The inferential results are likely to help when concluding the general market. Therefore, in business, there is a need to have an analyst who will continuously update the entire business activities on the progress as far as the market competition is concerned. In the process, the results can be used to predict future occurrences within the market especially during SWOT analysis. This will make the business to be in a better position while keeping alert on the market trends. Finally, through the prescriptive analytics, the business can be narrowed down to specific items that are doing well in the market. Through this, capital increase for such issues is expected to be initiated within the market.
