The department of correction is responsible for recruiting correctional officials, lieutenants, and other vital officials, rebuilding and expanding prison facilities and information systems, and maintaining offender programming and operational modifications that enhance practical restrictive housing activities. The main objective is to improve social outcomes by reducing offender reoffending and give successful reintegration back to the community (Government of South Australia, 2020) . It consists of targeted rehabilitation and education programs in partnership with other government departments the private and community-based organizations.

On the other hand, the health department is responsible for managing finances from community grants, the local government and following standard health guidelines from the World Health Organization. The HHS' 11 operating departments oversee more than 115 organizations whose mission is to defend and provide important mortal services, especially to those who cannot help themselves. Federal initiatives consist of citizen rights, social services, healthcare privacy, health audits, and emergency preparedness. It also serves disabled, low-income, military, and senior residents through HHS social assistance programs. The Department of Health and Human Services protects patients' confidentiality, protects workers' healthcare coverage, and sets criteria for health insurance via the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. The HHS owns data powerhouses and ensures health data covering various health-related materials and technologies is available. Other relevant materials include disease prevention, wellness, health insurance information, public health, and safety information.

The secretary's budget directs the department's activities to deter terrorist activities, improve the security standards, secure and monitor borders, enact and oversee immigration policies, maintain catastrophe resilience, to promote national and economic security. The budget proposes canceling the prior-year border wall construction balances unobligated when Congress adopts an appropriation bill for the next financial year. Moreover, the budget covers LPOE upgrading to boost operating capability. This investment will improve the operational capabilities of CBP’s LPOEs, which were built before NAFTA. The difference in the allocations is in the health department because of the relatively higher number of departments it supports.
