The most interesting topic that I have selected relates to training and resources. People from different backgrounds with or without qualifications are trained and offered resources, after which they are offered certification. This will prove their qualification and boost their chances of getting employment in Bio-Informatics and other organizations (Clinical Documentation and Improvement, n.d.). AHIMA is an organization focused on improving clinical documentation improvement (CDI) through the provision of training, education, financial resources, and certification to CDI professionals. AHIMA provide the services to all the people willing to join CDI team without discrimination. AHIMA sponsors all the committed individuals including experienced CDI professionals, new entrants to CDI career, and those transforming from clinical background or coding by providing education and resources, which will support someone pursuing the career through learning and advancement. Shortly, Bio-Informatics will announce new jobs opened to all qualified individuals in the society. It is high time that the students and any other individual take the opportunity offered by AHIMA through the program. The opportunity requires only commitment from the individuals as everything that AHIMA funds. 

AHIMA is committed to sponsoring the committed individuals to the point that they are up to the task that they can successfully occupy such positions advertised by Bio-Informatics. For example, after education, AHIMA will provide internships and training programs to the students for to acquire the necessary skills and experience. Most of the leading healthcare professionals in America have passed through this program. At the end of the program, successful individuals get certification proving that they can work in any health sector. Such individuals are competent and knowledgeable that they can undertake clinical documentation of patients’ health records. Moreover, they can be role models or leaders information management community and health informatics. With their qualification, they can provide a solution to any problem related to their areas of expertise in the health sector. Therefore, it is important for any interested individual to take such opportunity and pursue a career in Bio-Informatics.
