Mission Statement and Values
The mission statement and values of an organization set working guidelines for the business. They are supported by aspects in the various sectors of the business so as to produce a cohesion in the overall performance of the business.
The mission statement and values are important in communicating the goals and purposes of the business to staff members, management, and the clients. It is crucial for staff members to be passionate about the products or services offered by an organization and also to understand the different aspects driving the organization (Wioczewski, 2013). A good mission statement should be inspiring to the employees and help them to remain focused on their objectives. It is supposed to guide the employees in making sound decisions and building a strong foundation for the organization. Summarily, mission statements are vital for the growth and prosperity of organizations (Abram, 2014). When devising marketing strategies, the management should have the mission statement in mind so that marketing is aligned with the mission statement. Concerning operations, technology, social responsibility, and management, these aspects play a role in ensuring that the mission statement is actualized.

Importance of Feedback
In real life situations, feedback from my professor and fellow students for my business plan is crucial to the future of the business and its success. The feedback will assist me in fine-tuning every aspect of my business plan especially in areas that I might have missed some important factors. Additionally, the input may provide additional information that I did not have on various aspects of the business plan; this will help me in actualizing the business with minimized setbacks.
